What is Target chat and how do I use it?

Target Chat is a service available on Target.com that allows you to chat online with one of our team members to get quick answers to your questions and immediate help while shopping. Chat is offered in multiple places on Target.com. When it's available, you’ll see a Click to Chat invitation appear near the bottom of your screen. We always ensure we have a team member available before inviting you to chat; this way you don't spend time waiting for help.
